KIM GOES BALLISTIC: NORTH KOREAN DICTATOR THREATENS ‘NUCLEAR JUSTICE’
If The United States Wages Reckless Provocation Against Us, Our Revolutionary Power Will Instantly Counter With Annihilating Strike
Will Ripley | CNN
North Korea leader Kim Jong-un gleefully applauded as he watched a display of the country’s military might during the secretive state’s Day of the Sun – and his regime warned of an ‘annihilating strike’ if the US attacks. Kim, wearing a Western-style suit at Kim Il-sung Square, saluted formations of soldiers who yelled out ‘long live’ to celebrate the 105th anniversary of his grandfather’s birth.
US officials feared Kim Jong-un would mark the national holiday by launching North Korea’s sixth nuclear weapons test, since the country has used previous holidays to showcase its military prowess. The dictator has accused President Donald Trump of provoking his nation towards armed conflict with a series of increasingly aggressive moves, including sending the USS Carl Vinson to the Korean peninsula.
One of Kim’s top officials, Choe Ryong Hae, today vowed North Korea would ‘beat down enemies with the power of nuclear justice’. He told the packed-out square: ‘If the United States wages reckless provocation against us, our revolutionary power will instantly counter with annihilating strike, and we will respond to full-out war with full-out war and to nuclear war with our style of nuclear strike warfare.’
Submarine-launched ballistic missiles (SLBM) were also among the sophisticated military hardware on show for the first time, indicating an improving technological capability that could help it evade anti-missile systems.
Japan Tells Citizens To Prepare For North Korean Missile Attack
Osaka Mayor Hirofumi Yoshimur Informs His People - That Warnings And Alarms Might Only Sound 4-5 Minutes Before A Missile Hits
By LN Buzz Team
As the United States begins to move elements of its Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) system to a deployment site in South Korea earlier than expected Japan is warning its citizens they’ll have little time to find safetyif Kim Jong-un launches an attack. North Korea might be talking about building missiles that can reach the United States, but Kim Jong-un’s regime already has lots of missiles that can reach Japan. So the Japanese government is preparing its citizens in case a missile comes their way — possibly with less than 10 minutes warning.
“The prime minister’s office issued new actions to protect yourself guidelines this week, including for the first time instructions on how to respond if a North Korean ballistic missile is heading toward Japan.” The government’s advice, essentially, is to find cover, meaning a sturdy building or structure — in itself a largely ineffectual tip, given their own guidelines admit. It is extremely difficult to be able to pinpoint missile landing areas before their launch. So, randomly choose the right building and you might make it.
As to after the missiles launch and the warning bells sound, one Japanese mayor wants people to understand they’ll have precious little time to act. “A missile may not be detected as soon as it leaves the launch pad ….. and that could take several minutes,” said Osaka Mayor Hirofumi Yoshimur. The Japan Times reported, “Depending on the case, the warnings and alarms might only sound 4 or 5 minutes before a missile arrives.” Just like its counterpart in the United States, the Japanese government wants its citizens to understand that the North Korean threat is real. Apparently, there isn’t much they can do about it should Kim Jong-un choose to attack, despite what the mainstream narrative would have you believe.
Preparation Buying Hits Japan Ahead Of Possible War: Nuke Shelters, Air Purifiers, Anti-Radiation Supplies
Japan PM Shinzo Abe Concerned N Korea May Equip Missiles With Sarin Nerve Gas
By Mac Slavo | Daily Mail
As tensions heat up with North Korea and the potential for a nuclear exchange becomes all the more real, residents of Japan are panic buying everything from nuclear shelters to air purifiers in preparation. A small company that specializes in building nuclear shelters, generally under people’s houses, has received eight orders in April alone compared with six orders during a typical year.
The company, Oribe Seiki Seisakusho, based in Kobe, western Japan, also has sold out of 50 Swiss-made air purifiers, which are said to keep out radiation and poisonous gas, and is trying to get more, said Nobuko Oribe, the company’s director. Concerns about a possible gas attack have grown in Japan after Prime Minister Shinzo Abe told a parliament session this month that North Korea may have the capacity to deliver missiles equipped with sarin nerve gas. ‘It takes time and money to build a shelter. But all we hear these days, in his tense atmosphere, is that they want one now,’ Oribe said. ‘They ask us to come right away and give them an estimate.’
As we’ve learned from previous experience, once the possibility of an actual emergency or disaster has been realized or comes to pass, it is often too late for those who failed to foresee the threat and act on it in advance. Following the 2011 Fukushima disaster, for example, Americans concerned with the spread of radiation along the West coast were advised by the Department of Homeland Security that they could take potassium iodide supplements to reduce absorption of radioactive material. Within 24 hours just about all available stock was sold out across the world and secondary markets popped up across the internet with anti-radiation pills, normally available for about $15, selling for upwards of $200, an increase of over 1000%.
The government took notice of the shortages and stockpiled approximately 14 million doses in 2014. But as you may have guessed, though federal and state governments have positioned emergency reserves in anticipation of any number of possible disasters, the chance that average citizens will have access to much needed crisis supplies when they need them most is almost non-existent. This was evidenced by the total lack of assistance in the initial days following Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, as well as the lackluster response by government following Hurricane Sandy.
Keeping in mind that these were disasters isolated to a single city or small region, and that we had advance warning of the Hurricanes, according to the Department of Homeland Security it will be impossible for emergency services personnel to respond to any large-scale threat that affects multiple regions simultaneously. The point, as we have previously warned, is that if you are going to attempt to prepare even one second after a disaster strikes, it will already be too late. The time to prepare your emergency reserves is now, before the panic buying begins.
CHINESE MEDIA ALMOST SETS OFF MILITARY ACTION WITH ERRONEOUS NORTH KOREA HEADLINE
Bloomberg Collosal Error Blasted Headline - North Korea Has Fired A Projectile
➹Bloomberg blasted a headline that Chinese news agency Xinhua reported that North Korea has fired a projectile. As expected – and feared – during the annual “Day of the Sun” celebration parade (celebrating the birth of the nation’s founder). On its website, Bloomberg immediately picked up the story, and ran with “ North Korea Fires Projectile Media, Says Xinhua However, it appears that the headline scanning algos made a collosal error, and that Xinhua interpreted events quite incorrectly.

➹NORTH KOREA SUBMARINE-LAUNCHED BALLISTIC MISSILE SEEN AT MILITARY PARADE FOR FIRST TIME
Correction Reads: North Korea displayed what appeared to be new long-range and submarine-based missiles on the 105th birth anniversary of its founding father, Kim Il Sung, on Saturday, as a nuclear-powered U.S. aircraft carrier group steamed towards the region. Missiles appeared to be the main theme of a giant military parade, with Kim's grandson, leader Kim Jong Un, taking time to greet the commander of the Strategic Forces, the branch that oversees the missile arsenal.
"For North Koreans, April 15 is an auspicious date that sees millions celebrate the birth of the nation’s founder." Mr Ripley who was at the event broadcasted that the military parade in the heart of Pyongyang is underway where it’s expected the North Korean regime will show off some of its latest arsenal. On state television showed thousands of soldiers marching in formation alongside tanks, balloons and enormous crowds. Leader Kim Jong Un was shown clapping and smiling from a reviewing box. At one point, the soldiers directed a chant toward him, and yelled, “We will die for you!”

US Navy Fires Warning Flare At Iran Vessel In Persian Gulf
Iranian Vessel Attempted To Draw Closer To The USS Mahan
Associated Press | Dubai, United Arab Emirates
A U.S. Navy guided-missile destroyer fired a warning flare toward an Iranian Revolutionary Guard vessel coming near it in the Persian Gulf, an American official said on Wednesday, the latest tense naval encounter between the two countries. The incident happened Monday as the Iranian vessel attempted to draw closer to the USS Mahan despite the destroyer trying to turn away from it, said Lt. Ian McConnaughey, a spokesman for the Bahrain-based 5th Fleet.
The "Mahan made several attempts to contact the Iranian vessel by bridge-to-bridge radio, issuing warning messages and twice sounding the internationally recognized danger signal of five short blasts with the ship's whistle, as well as deploying a flare to determine the Iranian vessel's intentions," McConnaughey said in a statement. The Iranian vessel came within 1,000 meters (1,100 yards) of the Mahan during the incident, the lieutenant said. The vessel later turned and sailed away. Iranian authorities did not immediately report the incident.
The U.S. and Iran routinely have tense encounters in the Persian Gulf and the nearby Strait of Hormuz, through which a third of all oil traded by sea passes. Iran views the American presence as a provocation and its paramilitary Revolutionary Guard shadows U.S. Navy ships in the Gulf, occasionally firing missiles or rockets nearby.
Since the nuclear deal with world powers, the hard-line Revolutionary Guard has stepped up its encounters with the Americans. The Navy recorded 35 instances of what it describes as "unsafe and/or unprofessional" interactions with Iranians forces in 2016, compared to 23 in 2015. With Monday's event, there have been 7 so far in 2017. Of the incidents last year, the worst involved Iranian forces capturing 10 U.S. sailors and holding them overnight.
FEDERAL JUDGE'S RULING KNOCKS DOWN IMMIGRATION ORDER
President Donald Trump Calls Court's Sanctuary Ruling Ridiculous
U.S. District Judge William Orrick issued a decision to block the presidental order to withhold funding from "sanctuary cities" that do not cooperate with U.S. immigration officials. President Trump said he would take this fight to the highest court, He tweeted, "See you in the Supreme Court."
The judge, William H. Orrick of United States District Court, wrote that the president had overstepped his powers with his January executive order on immigration by tying billions of dollars in federal funding to immigration enforcement. Judge Orrick said only Congress could place such conditions on spending. The judge's temporarily blocked of President Trump’s efforts to starve localities of federal funds when they limit their cooperation with immigration enforcement. The ruling, which applies nationwide, was another judicial setback for the Trump administration, which has now seen three immigration orders stopped by federal courts in its first 100 days. And as with the rulings halting his two temporary bans on travel from several predominantly Muslim countries.
Trump tweeted that the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, which earlier ruled against his travel ban, has a terrible record of being overturned (close to 80 percent). They used to call this "judge shopping!" Messy system. That is a reference to the 9th circuit's liberal reputation and rulings that have often vexed conservatives.
U.S. District Judge William Orrick, was nominated by President Barack Obama. He actually raised more than $200,000 for Obama's election campaign. He is also the same judge who yielded to a petition from a major abortion group to stop release of videos dealing with Planned Parenthood's sale of baby body parts.
Justice Department lawyers argued the case that the government did not intend to withhold significant amounts of money, the judge noted that the president and Attorney General Jeff Sessions had suggested the punishment could be far greater. While the order is only a temporary injunction until the judge issues a broader ruling on the executive order’s constitutionality, he strongly signaled that San Francisco and Santa Clara County, the plaintiffs in the case, were likely to win a permanent victory. It was also an early verdict on the question of whether the White House can coerce cities and counties into helping uphold the laws with federal immigration agents by detaining and deporting immigrants who are not authorized to be in the country.
And, Judge Orrick added, 10th Amendment restrictions on the power of the federal government require that the federal funds at stake be related to the policy in question, so that, for instance, housing funds cannot be yoked to immigration laws. San Francisco became the first city to sue the administration over the executive order in January, arguing that the order’s provision for cutting off funding to sanctuary jurisdictions was unconstitutional. Since then, at least five other local governments have sued, including Seattle, Richmond, Calif, and two cities in Massachusetts, and others have vowed to do so if the administration moves to follow through on the executive order. But, facing the prospect of losing millions in crucial funding and of a showdown with the Oval Office, multiple jurisdictions have already backed away from sanctuary-style policies since Mr. Trump was elected.
MEXICAN ILLEGAL ALIEN ‘RAPED SLEEPING 9-YEAR-OLD GIRL
The 48-Year-Old Broke Into The Child's Bedroom Window And Raped Her
Gareth Davies | KATU News- DailyMail
Mexican illegal immigrant who was deported 16 years ago is said to have snuck back into the US where he raped a nine-year-old girl as she was sleeping. Santiago Martinez-Flores, 48, is accused of breaking in through a window in Clackamas, Oregon and sexually assaulting the child in her bedroom that she shared with her five-year-old sister. The young victim was fast asleep when the suspect broke into her room. After being pinned down and abused the girl, she managed to wriggle free and run to her parents' room.
Her father grabbed his gun and went into his daughter's bedroom, but the attacker had already escaped through the window through which he broke in. The sexual assault happened during the early morning hours of Sunday, February 26. The county sheriff's office were able to obtain the suspect's fingerprints from the break-in and are now hunting the fugitive, according to Clackamas County Sheriff's Department.
He had been sent back to Mexico in 2001 after serving two years in the Oregon Department of Corrections for crimes dating back as far as 1994. Officers say Martinez-Flores has also been known to use the aliases Felipe Coeto and Isidro Ramos Flores. Martinez-Flores has used several different aliases in the past and could very well be using an alias at this time. He has a lengthy criminal record.
MACRON WILL DELIVER A WEAK FRANCE, EXACTLY WHAT BRUSSELS & BERLIN WANT
A Le Pen Victory Might Mean The Collapse Of The EU
The fact that the French establishment rallied on the outcome of the election demonstrates that Macron is the French establishment’s candidate, The results of the first round of the French Presidential election was almost split evenly between Emmanuel Macron of En Marche! (EM!) and Marine Le Pen of National Front. Macron grabbed 23.75 percent of the votes, while Le Pen received 21.53 percent. The old guard establishment parties have failed, for the first time in decades, to maintain their grip on power.
⚜Jean-Pierre Thomas, former adviser to Nicolas Sarkozy has an inside perceptive on the election. Mr Thomas said, the result of this election in France from my point of view is not good news for France, for Europe and for Russia. Mr. Macron, everybody forgets this thing, because the result, the campaign, the marketing, but the fact is he is the baby of Mr. [Francois] Hollande. So it will be exactly the same policy… When he was the minister of the economy he didn’t make any good reforms; it’s only a marketing baby of Mr. Hollande. ♦ [For those who need a review of French history-Nicolas Sarkozy is a French politician who served as the President of France and ex officio Co-Prince of Andorra from 16 May 2007 until 15 May 2012. Andorra also called the Principality of the Valleys of Andorra (Principat de les Valls d'Andorra), is a sovereign landlocked "country" (microstate) in southwestern Europe located in the eastern Pyrenees mountains and bordered by Spain and France aka "Iberian Peninsula]."
Jean-Pierre Thomas concluded, that Europe needs big, big reford. The majority of the people in France are against EuropeSo we have to reform Europe. I don't think he is on the way to do it. For the relations [with] Russia, Moscow, we need to stop this atmosphere of Cold War. We need strongly to stop these sanctions. France needs to be the leader of this diplomacy in Europe. And we know that Mr. Macron, as opposition is completely the same as Mr. Hollande and the Socialist government and are completely aligned with the United States. It’s not good news for international policy today.
⚜Gilbert Doctorow, Brussels-based political analyst said, the fact that the whole French establishment – international capital, the banking and the stock markets – all rallied on the outcome of the election yesterday in France. That demonstrates that Macron is the establishment candidate, and he will deliver a very weak France, which is exactly what Brussels and Berlin want… We’re talking about a high probability, which is acknowledged by all the capital markets, that Marine Le Pen will lose. The whole establishment – the right and left – is throwing its weight behind Macron. So it is a foregone conclusion that he will win, and nobody is sweating in Brussels … The French people are being denied a genuine government. They are going to receive a non-entity president, just as Hollande was a non-entity president. They are going to receive a puppet to Berlin, and they are going to receive further sacrifices to their economy because they are incapable of carrying out the substantial reforms they need.
⚜Renaud Girard, senior reporter at Le Figaro said, "It is an extraordinary adventure. When he [Macron] started one year ago nobody gave him one change because he was alone, he started and he went up,up,up. And you have to see that the two main political parties that have run France for the last 40 years have been beaten – do not appear in the second round. It is a huge political shock." We have something important in French politics, as in the United States, primaries. These primaries apparently killed the two main parties – that was the right-wing party, Union Populaire Republicaine (UPR) and the old party, Parti Socialiste (PS) The candidates didn’t make it. Why? [Benit] Hamon did really a bad, bad campaign – he didn’t seem presidential at all. [Francois] Fillon had a problem. It was discovered he had employed his wife with public money – she was employed in the National Assembly as his assistant. There was a huge campaign in France, with people saying: “You stole public money, you cannot be a president …”
⚜Eric Margolis, war correspondent, columnist, author said, "We’ve seen the total collapse of France’s traditional parties. That is the center-right and the center-left. They’ve both gone down the drain. Particularly Francois Fillon, who was a very capable and seasoned politician. It looked like he was going to win for a while, but then he was undone by the scandal". They have Macron, who’s a big unknown. He’s come out of nowhere. He worked at the Rothschild bank, which has a lot of people wondering how much they are behind him. He is amiable, he is likable, he’s bland; women like him. It is very hard to say. And then there is this firebrand, Madame Le Pen, who scares a lot of French. She certainly scared the French financial community almost to death… [A Le Pen victory] would mean the collapse of the EU probably. She’s about to pull out, and the collapse of the euro that would put Europe in absolute chaos. That is fine with Mr. Trump. He has been lauding Madame Le Pen, and a lot of French call her the ‘American Trump.’ But Trump is not very sophisticated in the needs or the demands of European policy, and frankly, he doesn’t care much about Europe.
⚜Hugh Bronson, member of the Berlin state parliament for the Alternative for Germany Party said, "There are two main reasons for Le Pen’s success in the first round of French Presidential elections." There is a huge dissatisfaction with the political situation in France and the political situation in Europe. People expressed that. They want to have a complete change. They want to have a completely new face; they don’t want to carry on with the old system. That is one of the reasons Le Pen got such support from the French people … The other one is the complete failure of the established parties to address the real worries, the real questions that people have. They were not answered, they were not provided with the right support. All this shows in tonight’s result … The riots [we’re seeing on the streets today] are just an expression of general frustration. The protest wasn’t aimed at a single candidate, or even two candidates – they rejected all eleven who were standing for the presidency. It is general uproar.
