BORDER PATROL by A F Branco
Cleveland Ohio Police Search for Islamic Facebook Killer Steve Stephens
Stephens Claims Multiple Victims...… "and will keep killing until they catch me”
Posted on April 16, 2017 -Sundance
The Cleveland Police are urgently searching for a man named Steve Stevens who has killed at least one victim during a live Facebook broadcast, and claims to have killed more than a dozen more.
Steve Stephens is a large black man, approximately 6' 1" and is considered armed and dangerous. He was last seen driving a white ford Fusion SUV and wearing a dark, striped polo shirt.
A video posted Sunday to a Facebook account apparently belonging to Stephens shows the man filming, walks up to an older man, after asking him a question, shoots him. The video, which was posted about 2 p.m. ET and was later taken down, is captioned, in part, “Easter day slaughter.” The victims’ family have been identified and they are devastated.
According to Fox News the shooting occurred just south of Interstate 90 in the Glenville neighborhood. Stephens also posted another video of himself talking on the phone about at least 13 other murders he said he has committed. He said at one point he “messed up.” Stephens said, "and I’m about to keep killing until they catch me,” According to a spokeswoman for Beach Brook, a children’s mental health facility in Cleveland, confirmed that Stephenswas a case worker there, but has no further details.
BREAKING NEWS: CLEVELAND SUSPECT REPORTED DEAD
VP PENCE WARNS NORTH KOREA: “THE SHIELD STANDS GUARD AND THE SWORD STANDS READY”
Pledges "an overwhelming and effective response" to any aggression
Vice President Mike Pence warned North Korea against testing the resolve of the United States, noting “the shield stands guard and the sword stands ready” to respond to any use of conventional or nuclear weapons by the rogue communist nation. “The United States of America will always seek peace but under President Trump, the shield stands guard and the sword stands ready,” said Pence, speaking aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan in its homeport of Yokosuka, Japan.
Mr Pence, who traveled to South Korea and the DMZ before heading to Japan, warned any use of conventional or nuclear weapons by North Korea would be met with “an overwhelming and effective American response. Those who would challenge our resolve or readiness should know, we will defeat any attack and meet any use of conventional or nuclear weapons with an overwhelming and effective American response.” The vice president also noted the United States would protect freedom of navigation in the South China Sea, where China has been staking claim to disputed territory by constructing, and militarizing, artificial islands.
The USS Ronald Reagan is one of two additional aircraft carriers, along with the USS Nimitz, set to join the USS Carl Vinson off the coast of the Korean peninsula, according to the South Korean news outlet Yonhap. Military analysts estimate North Korea may now possess between 10 and 25 nuclear weapons, along with what the United States considers one of the world’s largest chemical weapons stockpiles, a biological weapons research program, and a robust cyber-warfare capability.
One option available to the Trump administration, should it decide to take military action against North Korea, involves conducting a strike using precision-guided munitions, launched from aircraft or naval vessels, against the Yongbyon nuclear reactor, where North Korea produces plutonium for its nuclear weapons program.
Another option would be a direct attack on the nuclear testing facilities at Punggye-ri, located in the mountainous northeastern region of the country. North Korea, which has positioned thousands of conventional artillery pieces near the DMZ separating North and South Korea, could deal catastrophic damage to the South Korean capital of Seoul if it decided to respond to an American military action.
In addition, China has pledged to defend North Korea against any military attack under the terms of the Sino-North Korean Mutual Aid and Cooperation Friendship Treaty of 1961. “In the event of one of the parties being subjected to the armed attack by any state or several states together and thus being involved in a state of war, the other party shall immediately render military and other assistance by all means at its disposal,” the treaty said.
MAN WHO SHOUTED “ALLAH AKBAR” AFTER MURDERING THREE RAMDOM PEOPLE
Fresno Police Chief said Muhammad had expressed hatred toward white people
Paul Joseph Watson
39-year-old Kori Ali Muhammad, who shot three people dead in downtown Fresno April 18th before shouting “Allahu Akbar” also hated white people, according to police. Muhammad fired off 16 shots as he targeted random people in the 300 block of North Van Ness Avenue at 10:45am mid morning.
The shooter was already wanted in connection with the murder of a security guard outside a motel last week. According to Fresno Police Chief Jerry Dyer, “Muhammad had expressed hatred toward white people and the government. The chief said he shouted “Allahu Akbar” before turning himself into police,” It has since emerged that the killer had branded Steve Bannon a “white devil” on his Facebook page.
Was Muhammad’s rampage motivated by the innumerable left-wing media outlets that have attempted to turn hatred of white people into a trendy meme in recent years? Could it be that the shooter’s murder spree was inspired by ‘Black Lives Matter’ rhetoric that has encouraged violence against white people in the name of social justice. Muhammad simply following through on his belief in the “religion of peace” by "taking out a few infidels."
Dyer said it was “too early to say whether or not this involves terrorism,” although he acknowledged that Muhammad shouting Allah Akbar “could give that indication”.
AP CHANGES FRESNO SHOOTER’S WORDS FROM ‘ALLAHU AKBAR,’ REMOVES ISLAM REFERENCE
The AP’s story on the shooting noted that Muhammed said the words in Arabic, reported it as “God is great” instead of “Allahu Akbar”
The Associated Press edited the words of a Muslim man who killed three white people in downtown Fresno Tuesday afternoon and shouted “Allahu Akbar!”
Rather than reporting the gunman’s literal words, the AP tried to soften the reality of the matter by removing the Islamic reference and changed the words to report the gunman as saying “God is great.”
On Twitter, the AP’s report gave no indication that the suspect’s words were said in Arabic.
US WEIGHS GIVING SAUDIS MORE MILITARY AID FOR YEMEN EFFORTS
In Washington, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson echoed the assessment
The United States is considering ways to boost military support for the Saudi-led fight against Iran-backed rebels in Yemen, believing military pressure is needed to prod the militants into a negotiated end to the conflict, U.S. officials said Wednesday. The U.S. already is helping the Saudis by providing intelligence and aerial refueling of their combat aircraft. But the coalition, which also includes the United Arab Emirates, has failed to defeat the rebels known as the Houthis. The rebels seized the capital, Sanaa, and much of northern Yemen in 2014.
International calls for an end to the conflict are intensifying amid rising civilian casualties. Health groups warn the Arab world’s poorest country is on the brink of famine. But the Trump administration is considering how to help the Saudis advance their campaign, according to officials, who briefed reporters on condition they not be quoted by name. The assistance could involve more intelligence support but won’t include a commitment of U.S. ground troops, they said, adding that any moves would reflect the administration’s effort to aggressively counter what it sees as Iran’s malign influence across the region.
Investigator of China Organ Harvesting Nominated for Nobel Peace Prize
Organs sourced were from Falun Gong prisoners were being used in transplants.
By Jack Phillips-Epoch Times
Investigative journalist and author Ethan Gutmann has been nominated for the 2017 Nobel Peace Prize for his work exposing the mass harvesting of organs in China’s state-run hospitals from practitioners of the traditional spiritual practice Falun Gong. Mr Gutmann, along with human rights lawyer David Matas and former Canadian member of Parliament David Kilgour, released last summer the report “Bloody Harvest/The Slaughter: an Update,” which expanded on research published in Matas and Kilgour’s 2006 report “Bloody Harvest” and Gutmann’s 2014 book “The Slaughter.”
The new report shows that between 60,000 and 100,000 transplants have been carried out annually in China over the past 15 years, and that the number of organ transplants is 6 to 10 times higher than the official estimates put forth by the Chinese Communist Party. The Chinese regime has all along denied allegations that it murders prisoners of conscience to provide organs for its transplantation industry. Mr Gutmann believes the 2016 report made a difference. “In 2016, the dam broke, the story changed, and suddenly, when we woke up in 2017, Beijing had lost the argument,”.
Mr Gutmann, an award-winning author, launched in 2008 an independent investigation into China’s state-run organ harvesting operations, interviewing more than 100 doctors, refugees, and members of law enforcement. The project grew out of Gutmann’s previous interest in the persecution of Falun Gong, which he began writing about in 2002, about three years after the Communist Party’s campaign against the practice began. The Slaughter,” published in 2014, included accounts from doctors who knew about or participated in the grisly practice of removing organs from living Falun Gong practitioners.
I owe the fact that there was a story worth telling to the world because of the witnesses—the refugees from labor camps, the defectors, and doctors like Enver Tohti and Ko Wen-je. Ko Wen-je helped build Taiwan's voluntary organ transplantation system.
In “The Slaughter,” Gutman details how Ko went to mainland China and accidentally discovered that organs sourced from Falun Gong prisoners of conscience were being used in transplants.
Human Harvest: China's Illegal Organ Trade, directed by Vancouver resident Leon Lee, which was shown in Ottawa for the first time this week. It was screened at the University of Ottawa on April 6 as part of National Health Ethics Week coordinated by the Canadian Bioethics Society. The sheer volume of evidence that must be assembled and studied is one of the challenges preventing this abuse from receiving sufficient global attention. “This film, having won numerous prizes including the Peabody Award in New York in 2015, continues to be shown in many parts of the world,” said David Kilgour in his speech at the event. Kilgour, who is a former MP, cabinet minister, lawyer, and prosecutor, is featured in the film along with his co-authors of the update report: Winnipeg-based international human rights lawyer David Matas and American investigative journalist Ethan Gutmann.
As we saw in the film, prisoners of conscience often convicted of nothing are the primary source of pillaged organs. They include Uyghurs, Tibetans, and Christians, but are overwhelmingly Falun Gong practitioners long dehumanized in Party-state media across China, Kilgour said. In their research for the report, Kilgour, Matas, and Gutmann analyzed hospital revenues, bed counts and utilization rates, surgical personnel, training programs, state funding, and other factors. “We conclude that 60,000–100,000 transplants per year are being done across China as opposed to the approximately 10,000 its government claims,” Kilgour said.
EXILED CHINESE BILLIONAIRE SHEDS LIGHT ON REGIME’S FORCED ORGAN HARVESTING
Guo Wengui declares his support for persecuted Falun Gong adherents
Leo Timm | Epoch Times
Chinese billionaire in exile Guo Wengui broke a long period of silence this year by giving video interviews, in which he described the complex web of business and politics connecting China’s elite. One of the most surprising revelations from Guo’s interviews, given to overseas Chinese media, is what he had to say on the subject of forced organ harvesting from Chinese prisoners of conscience—in particular from practitioners of Falun Gong, a spiritual practice that is heavily persecuted by the Chinese regime.
After describing how his now-imprisoned business rival, Li You, was able to obtain a liver for transplant without any difficulty, Guo said he made inquiries through his network in China about the source of the liver and found that it was to come from a murdered practitioner of Falun Gong (at the time of the interview, Li had not yet undergone the liver transplant). Guo apologized to adherents of Falun Gong (also called Falun Dafa), saying that he previously thought the allegations of organ harvesting were a hoax. “But judging from Li You getting a new liver, I saw that this kind of thing is really happening! I express my apologies to Falun Gong believers,” Guo said.
Guo voiced support for the group, which has been suppressed by communist authorities since 1999, on the orders of then-Chinese leader Jiang Zemin. The Communist Party labelled Falun Gong an “evil religion” as an excuse for its persecution. Citing Falun Gong’s main philosophical tenets, Guo said Falun Gong practitioners were people who had “indeed put ‘truthfulness, compassion, and tolerance’ into practice,” and were “very friendly and dedicated.” “I really have no idea why [Falun Gong] was labeled an ‘evil religion’,” Guo said in a March 12 telephone interview with a reporter from New Tang Dynasty Television, a Chinese-language broadcaster and sister media of The Epoch Times based in New York.
Guo’s comments about organ harvesting corroborate, from a unique angle, what human rights researchers have long been investigating: whether it has been not just death-row inmates, but also prisoners of conscience—mostly Falun Gong, Chinese Christians, Uyghurs, and Tibetans— who have been killed on the operating table to feed China’s massive organ transplant industry.
The inside revelations on Falun Gong and organ harvesting reportedly invited ire from the Chinese authorities, sources close to the regime told The Epoch Times. Simultaneously, Guo’s statements reflect a little-known role that Falun Gong plays in political infighting within the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Guo, the controlling shareholder of Beijing Zenith Holdings and other companies, is known as being “a pair of white gloves”—a money launderer for top regime officials. Like Xiao Jianhua (a prominent financier who was disappeared from his Hong Kong residence in January and investigated by authorities), Guo is associated with fallen Party cadres who were purged under current Chinese leader Xi Jinping’s anti-corruption campaign. He is also associated with retired Chinese leaders, such as Zeng Qinghong. Guo fled China in 2015. Zeng is a close ally of Jiang, the retired Chinese leader who had the Party leadership into accepting the otherwise unpopular anti-Falun Gong policy. Jiang saw the group Falun Gong and Christians as representing a potential ideological challenge to communist rule, and devised the campaign against them as a means of increasing his political capital.
But instead of breaking under imprisonment in China’s vast system of labor camps and near-constant demonization by state-controlled media, the estimated tens of millions of Falun Gong adherents continued to practice their faith, and resisted the persecution through civil disobedience for nearly two decades, long outlasting Jiang’s formal time in office. To secure their legacy and maintain their political power, Jiang, Zeng, and other confidants placed allies and associates into positions of influence across the ranks of the Party, civil government, military, and industrial leadership.
Since 2012, when Xi took the reins from his predecessor Hu Jintao as CCP general secretary, many of Jiang’s allies have been directly or indirectly targeted in an unrelenting anti-corruption campaign. And while Western observers are quick to see the reinforcement of communist autocracy in today’s leadership, Xi has not displayed enthusiasm for continuing the persecution of Falun Gong. A recent New York Times feature even suggested that he might have an interest in Buddhism and in energy practices called qigong, of which Falun Gong is an example.
By publicly broaching organ harvesting—a mass slaughter that the Party has a stake in keeping in the dark—Guo may be trying to establish a rapport with the Falun Gong community, as well as overseas Chinese media, multiple sources told The Epoch Times. Guo could also be motivated by self-preservation: In the wake of Xiao Jianhua’s abduction and his business peer Li You’s sentencing, as well as the overall shift in the balance of power against the Jiang faction, the absconded tycoon may be trying to position himself based on his new reading of China’s political trends.
LIBYAN TRIBES HOPE TRUMP WILL STOP OBAMA-CLINTON WAR CRIMES
Libya ruled by ISIS, radical militias since Obama and Hillary overthrew Gaddafi
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Two members of the Libyan parliament have expressed their congratulations to Donald Trump for winning the 2016 presidential election, hoping that with Hillary Clinton’s defeat, Libya can finally get rid of the radical Islamic militants now in control of the country. “We are very pleased Mr Trump won the election,” said Jaballah Al-Shibani of the now-homeless Tawergha tribe, in a phone call from Libya. “We believe the new Trump administration will stand by democracy, while fighting ISIS and the other radicals al-Qaida groups that still control Libya.”
Joined by Saleh Fhema of Muammar Gadhafi’s hometown of Sirte, Shibani said that President Obama, in his final days in office, ordered Africom to carry out some 200 bombing sorties against Sirte, a city on the south coast of the Gulf of Sidra, halfway between Tripoli and Benghazi. “We are hoping President Trump will stop the war crimes committed by President Obama and Secretary Clinton,” Shibani and Fhema pleaded, expressing their hope for President Trump will “step up and join hands” with them to clean their country of all the terrorist invaders that have ruled Libya since President Obama and Secretary of State Clinton conspired with NATO to forcibly remove Muammar Gadhafi from power in 2011.
Under Obama and Clinton, Africom fought to remove ISIS from Sirte, only to hand it over to the mercenaries and Misurata militias who have trapped people in their homes, stolen from them, destroyed power lines, while laying waste to a large feed plant that deprives this region of Libya from feeding itself.”
The Libyan tribes sent by email a photo showing Misurata militia occupying the bombed-out town of Sirte. Shibani and Fhema said the radical Islamic groups and mercenaries supported by the European Union, as well as by former U.S. President Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton include five groups that have come together to fight the democracy in Libya and the Libyan tribes:
♦- The Misurata militias known as “Libya Dawn.”
♦-The Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG), led by Abdulhakim Belhaj, (aka Abdallah al Sadeq), a veteran jihadi fighter in Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as the commander of the al-Qaida franchise militia in Libya, who was championed by Sen. John McCain as the Libyan delegation leader to the Free Syrian Army in late 2011.
♦– Ansar Al Sharia, the Libyan militia group typically identified as leading the Sept. 11, 2012 attack on Benghazi in which terrorists killed U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans;
♦– Al-Qaida splinter groups still operating in Libya;
♦– ISIS, and
♦– The Muslim Brotherhood – the key group backed by Obama-Clinton across North Africa, starting with the Arab Spring – the group the Libyan tribes believe truly controls the Misurata militias.
The parliament is the only legitimate government in Libya, elected by the people and supported by the tribes in Libya, Shibani said, noting that the tribes in Libya have been fighting for over three years to stand by democracy, and to make the parliament the sole legitimate government in Libya.
In a previous interview, Shibani labeled Hillary Clinton the “butcher of Libya,” claiming she is behind all the terrorist groups controlling the country, including Ansar al-Sharia and the militia in Misurata he claimed destroyed a great part of Libya and displaced two million people from their lands because they were accused of being loyal to Gadhafi.
At present, Libya has three competing governments, none of which is in control of the country:
♦– The so-called “Unity Government” of Prime Minister-designate Fayez al-Sarraj that resulted from the United Nations-brokered peace talks in 2015, backed by the Obama administration and NATO.
♦– The National Salvation government in Tripoli, backed by the Islamic militia behind the Gadhafi coup.
♦– The internationally recognized parliament based in Tobruk, of which Shibani and Fhema are members.
♦-The Sarraj government is supported by the EU countries but it is not democratically elected. We are struggling to make get the parliament – the only democratically elected government in Libya – recognized by the international community as the only legitimate government in Libya,” Shibani continued.
“The radical Islamic militants out of Misurata want to control Libya,” Shibani stressed. “There are thousands of Libyan tribal members imprisoned in Misurata – in terrible conditions, for years – women and children, all backed by Obama and Clinton when they were in power, and backed now by the European Union countries.”
